Woven wall hangings a so popular now! Learn the basics of tapestry weaving to create a beautiful woven wall hanging. Using simple materials, your instructor will show you how to warp a loom and teach you a variety of basic weaving techniques. By the end of the workshop, you will weave lines and simple shapes, add texture, and be ready to finish your piece for hanging. No prior weaving experience necessary!

PROVIDED SUPPLIES:
Cardboard loom, how-to guide, dowel for hanging, tapestry needle, and yarn to complete one woven wall hanging (approximately 8 inches by 10 inches).

PLEASE BRING:
Any yarns you want to use. Small balls of yarn from old project, scraps of fabric or roving you have sitting around.

This class has a minimum sign-up of eight (8) participants to run. In the event the class is cancelled, all participants will be notified 24 hours in advance.
